Superb accommodation. The location is excellent, close to the Metro and convenient for all sightseeing areas. There are good restaurants and shops very nearby. Lorenza is a superb host, the room is very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and fresh fruit and orange juice is replenished daily. The fresh croissants delivered every morning are delicious. I could not want anything more, absolutely perfect!

The name says it all "Charming". Nice location. The owner was wonderful made you feel at home. This is now my Rome home.

Since the terrace was closed, there was no place to have breakfast than the room, which only had one chair.

We enjoyed staying at Charming Roma. Lorenza was very attentive to all our needs. Loved the hot breakfast croissants every morning. This side of Rome seemed to be very quiet with many restaurants to eat at. We fell in love with Sinatra’s not too far from the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever get to go back.

The rooms have a little frig with fruit, juice and water, convenient. Also, a coffee and tea tray. Croissants are delivered in the morning and are good. Having a door, water is contained in the shower. It's a decent little room. The staff is very nice and helpful too. Located in a nice area near the Vatican, there are plenty of restaurants. I'd only critique the bed was somewhat hard, though if I return to Rome, ise consider returning to Charming Roma.

Lorenza, the hotel manager, is an exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive host. She is always available to help and somehow manages this charming property of around ten rooms entirely on her own, with remarkable care and dedication. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from the Vatican and conveniently close to a metro station, making it very easy to reach many of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including Termini, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vittorio Emanuele area. We did experience a small issue with the entrance door, which briefly caused us some concern, but Lorenza handled the situation with great care and everything was quickly resolved. Apart from that, our stay was genuinely excellent. What really makes this place special, however, is the sense of hospitality. Lorenza’s kindness and thoughtfulness make you feel genuinely welcome rather than simply accommodated. If I return to Rome, I would stay here again without a moment’s hesitation.

The location was really good as short walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and the Vatican. Taxi to Colosseum area was under 15 Euro. The room was a good size, clean and quiet. The patio was a nice space to relax in. Breakfast was coffee/tea, fresh fruit and yogurt supplied in room, and a fresh croissant delivered early morning. We would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was very easy and contactless. Staff were very responsive to requests. The B&B is very small - only 6 rooms with a patio area. Rooms are cute and clean. Location is excellent - a few blocks away from the Vatican and very close to restaurants and markets. ATM is one block away.

Nice place on quit neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, and there is a nice terrace inside the building where u can sit and rest under the flours and candlelights. Room is very clean, it is not big but cosy and you feel at home. Very discrete also.

The charming Roma was excellent. The location was convenient and safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The mini fridge was stocked with fresh juice and fruit which was such an added bonus. I would absolutely stay again should have the privilege to be back in Rome.

We loved our stay from beginning to end. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delivered fresh daily. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Great location from which to explore the wonders of Rome.
