エレベーターで上層階へ。
最近の新築で、エレベーターがあることが良かった。建屋も部屋も綺麗であるが、何か、ビジネスホテルっぽくて、そっけない感じ。これは、個人的な印象。市街地の中心（プサー・ナー）市場、までは、歩いて、10～15分程度。悪くはない。15ドル前後なら、リピートはありかも。

The property is a short walking distance to the center of town and the river. You are far enough away do as not to be disturbed yet close enough to walk or tuk tuk. Hotel is in a nontourist part of town yet completely safe and inviting. Definitely will return as the staff is courteous and helpful but more importantly the area neighbors make you feel like home and part of their family. They are not trying to sell or take tuk tuk but just like your company

This hotel was nice and clean, the staffs was very nice and caring. One gentleman help piggy back my grandma every day. Overall i would stay here again. The only thing missing was a swimming pool. 😊

Many choices at this price range.
We came during Khmer New Year, so the hotel was booked solid. The staff was great but the sky bar was under construction, there is no restaurant on site, and no coffee available. Hard to get a Tuk-Tuk ride outside the hotel, but the main downtown is a 10 minute walk away. For the price I really shouldn't be complaining about anything, if I had the chance I would consider staying here again. The city has multiple choices in that price range so it's hard to make a final judgment. The staff was amazing, I cannot stress that enough.

Fantastic place to stay and very nice staff who were very helpful and polite. The only small complaint I had is the water pressure in the tap was a little naff. But other than that it was perfect. Great location, great aircon, great staff, comfy bed, close to restaurants and all at a great price

Das Hotel ist an sich schön, die Zimmer halten was sie auf Bildern versprechen. Allerdings gibt es kein Restaurant und auch sonst keine Möglichkeit im Hotel etwas zu essen. Drum herum gibt es viele kleine, einheimische Stände - kann man machen, man muss sich nur darauf einstellen, dass man nicht verstanden wird. Im Hotel kann auch niemand Englisch. Das Zentrum liegt etwa einen Kilometer entfernt. In allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders praktisch.

Fab new hotel
Brand new hotel so everything was besutifully clean and the air conditioning was fab ! I gather from our local tuk tuk driver that it has recently opened to international tourists and this would explain the lack of some small incidental extras that we would take for granted ie kettle , working fridge or hairdryer in the room . No breakfast there , but that doesn’t bother me as it’s great to have breakfast locally . The staff don’t speak any English but we got by with google translate ! All in all it’s great though and we enjoyed our stay

O hotel é novo, porém não oferece café da manhã e fica em torno de 30 minutos de caminhada da área turística na margem do rio. Não tem restaurantes nos arredores. Os funcionários tem um nível básico da lígua inglesa e se mostraram pouco pró-ativos.

Just Ok!
Surprised at the condition of this hotel, being newly built, already showing signs of wear or just bad workmanship. Drain between tub and toilet leaks constantly so if toilet roll accidentally falls from holder, roll is totally soaked! Fittings around taps are badly fitted and not finished. Old noisy bar fridge in a brand new hotel? Plus is, comfortable bed and pillows and aircond worked well and appreciated. Staff are friendly but with very little to no English so it’s hard to get information and can only manage a hello or goodbye. No maps. Location is around 10 mins walk to street 121 where there are many restaurants so not a problem but roads not in great.
