The unit was clean enough. Sheets were clean. It’s an average place to stay. Not great, not bad. It is close to the bus station, sights and nice restaurants. As shown above, most things about this property were average. Which is fine to show up sleep and leave early. My issues were with management. I’m not here to hammer anyone. Basic help and responsibility is important. Management was slow to respond using what’s app, which they required us to use. Management did not even respond to some inquires. Management also felt it was not their responsibility to let guests know the building was under construction. Which in itself is no problem at all. The overall building is not the single unit’s responsibility. But when it affects peoples ability to find the address and key pad since it’s cover by scaffolding, a heads up it’s important. When mentioned to management, I was told it’s not their problem. Second, I mentioned the windows being tapped shut due to construction. Once again management said not their problem. I enjoy opening windows for fresh air in the evening and night. Not letting guests know this ahead of time so they can choose to stay or make other arrangements is vital. I also mentioned a strong chemical smell in the entry and in the unit to management, they did not respond at all. Whether the owner knows this management company is doing this is unfortunate.

Avoid!

I would never stay here again and would recommend others to avoid as well. The room looks great in photos, but does not highlight the lack of cleanliness of this location. The floor was so dirty that it would turn your feet black. The shower leaked, getting water all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom itself was unclean, there was dirt all through the grout in the shower, around the sink, and the faucets. The linens in the room were worn and threads were coming undone. The pillow slips did not fit over the old worn pillows, and the bed linens looked like they had been used. There were also ants throughout our entire room, especially on the walls, and the bedding. Housekeeping was also very late in the day, getting clean linens was challenging. In the room we were in, we could not even open the window, as it looked into a small courtyard where other people could see into your space, and was where housekeeping placed all the dirty linens. I would never stay here again, it was absolutely horrible!!

Great location. I assumed there would be shampoo as other places, but none. Had to go buy it. Also, central location, but very noisy because people partying outside until at least 3am. Couldn’t open windows for air due to noise and smoking from bars. Very nice place, just needed more quiet time.

In una delle camere le finestre non si possono aprire, la zona è rumorosissima data la presenza di un locale rock sotto casa , i vetri non sono sufficienti ad attutire i suoni , le tende non oscurano bene, ed è fastidioso inviare documenti via whatsapp senza sapere chi li vedra. Pulizia ottima

This property is in an ancient building, which is quaint. The bathroom was totally modern and they even had the German-style windows, solid enough to keep out the sound of partying from area restaurants every night. The only issue were the furnishings - there was a table and chair and a coat rack, but no dresser or anywhere to unload your suitcases. No towel bars in the bathroom, no place to hang anything up. We literally lived out of our suitcases for our entire stay. I had to decline housekeeping because there were suitcases all over the floor. Maybe for one person staying one night, it wouldn't matter, but for a party of 3 and the better part of a week, it was a nuisance.

Only one negative. The fridge did not work. Good thing i really didn’t need to keep anything cold. My wine was sufficient not being chilled. Great place to stay. Would definitely do it again! So close to so many places. Easy walking!!

It was very convenient and well maintained but the building is simply very old. That in and of itself isn’t bad but you had 3 doors to unlock and had to tote around a 1lb key chain.
