Arrived in the evening hour after 7 PM from flying to FL.. Checked in to discover our room was not cleaned from the guests prior. Meaning stripped bed , dirty sheets and towels on the floor. When we called downstairs to tell them our room was not cleaned - they thought we were lying. Did not believe us and Al had someone come to the room to see. When the manager of housekeeping came, she was in shock and apologetic. Since they were sold out we gave them the hour to clean and service the room. They said they would waive the resort fees- which they never did until I checked out and demanded that from the evening conversation. For a nice resort like this, very disappointed in how we were treated. Pics say it all- bummed on feeling as though we were the problem!

Can't check in without a sales pitch?
What really bothered me is being pulled into a pressured sales pitch when I was just trying to let the front desk know we had arrived. I was told to get my "gift", which was really a couple of coupons, and that was the lure to spend time listening to offers to spend money and make commitments. When I politely said we weren't interested and really just wanted to get to our lunch reservation, the sales person pushed back and completely changed tone. This is very off-putting, and it guarantees we won't stay at this property again. The next time I went to the front desk, a different person tried the same gimmick. Who goes to Disney World to spend their time like this?
