I was actually impressed with this property mainly due to closeness to several of places my niece, nephew and I visited. Also given he is in wheelchair the place we were in was very accessible for him. Very clean and hospitable to our needs. Many wonderful places to eat out from this location as well. We will definitely be returning to this location for our next vacation to the big city. Impressed completely!!!

Local, Spacious, Easy, but not Luxurious
Our trip started out great before we arrived. Our host was communicative & sent us easy instructions on accessing our room. He let us check in a hour early which was very kind. Making entry into the building felt safe. We took the train from the airport. Upon entering our room, initially it looked fine. However, it also looked very different from the advertised pictures; More outdated furniture, not nearly as nice of a couch, black appliances instead of stainless, etc. We found long black hairs everywhere. I'm blonde & my boyfriend has short hair so they weren't ours. They were on the couch, in the sink, & sticking to the bottom of our shoes. It was a pretty rushed cleaning job after whoever stayed there before us. Your feet/socks quickly turned black if you weren't wearing your shoes. We've stayed in several residential rentals and some things we also think this place could use are: a sponge for cleaning dishes, a wine opener, Tupperware, USB ports for charging, a SMART TV, and much larger bath towels unless you enjoy dripping dry. What we did like were the exfoliating bath bars, good quality paper towels and TP, and mostly the BED!! Surprisingly the bed (at least in the master) was so comfortable. The tenants above us must have been practicing football routes or moving out & then back in because we heard them, along with the freeway traffic, sirens and homeless, all weekend long. It is not a quiet location. But it's local and spacious and it worked for us.

Did not like that they only provided 5 small tiny bath towels, we had to go out and buy our own towels ( specially since the booking is for exactly 5 people). The apartment itself is very nice and clean and spacious. However if u are a light sleeper this location is NOT for u. U can hear the all the traffic and trains at night/morning since its right near downtown area. Another complain is the fact that they only provide 1 room key, it was hard for my friends and i to seperate since we all had to agree on who was coming home first and if not we would have to wait for each other, and even then someone would have to come back down for us to enter the building. Another HUGE complain was that the apartments fire alarms went off at 6am-9am during our stay there, we had to be evacuated just for no reason then go back up. Other than that i guess my stay was pleasant. 3/5 stars because the place was very clean and their communication was very good as to how to retrieve key and all that.

The unit is in a huge complex and there's lots of security checkpoints. I was supposed to have someone there to help me with the checkin process and that rep ended up not able to be there. The unit was nice but pretty sparse with a stained carpet in the MBR. Also, they charged me a surprise extra $150 for a security deposit which I thought was an additional charge for the rental only to find out it was for the security deposit which I paid and expect a full reimbursement. Other than that, the communication was quick and good. I wouldn't stay there again.

First off, great location. Just 10-15 minutes away (walking distance) from the McGregor square and just another 5-7 minutes to the Union Station and just simply close to a whole bunch of places like the grocery store. Second, host communicated efficiently. Everything went smooth sailing prior to checking in. Lastly, as expected, the unit was wonderful. Clean, simple and comfortable. The only thing I’m concerned about is the patio door not being able to lock. Noticed that other guests that stayed before us had the same issue. I hope this gets fixed just to put other guests at ease. However, we felt safe regardless. If your visit consists of going out most of the day, this is the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place to have more entertainment/amenities, maybe this isn’t the one for you. The place is simple, clean and comfortable. Unit only has one TV and that’s okay! I encourage everyone to go out and explore denver and colorado surroundings and know you have a comfortable & clean bed to come home to during your trip. Also, parking is included & that’s a steal as the hotels nearby charges a tremendous amount overnight. What more can I say? Book it, you won’t regret it. Recommending it to friends and family.

Wonderful host with excellent communication and accomodations. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very detailed in instructions and directions making it easy to find and check-in process a breeze. Even provided an alternative parking option to accomodate our larger vehicle. The only downside was the car/road noise and lights since the property is directly next to a highway. Would recommend installing curtains to make therooms a little darker and quieter during the night.

Meh
Nice clean place. A little confusing on how to check in if you’re not driving a car. The unit is inside an apartment complex, there were loud dogs in the dog park next to the bedrooms till 1am. One of the rooms doesn’t have a ceiling fan. Cost was little high for what it was.

Wife kids and I stayed here for a couple nights and had a great time. Lots of at home conveniences like laundry soap and scrub pads. The fact that parking is included was a huge win for us as downtown parking at a hotel can cost upwards of $50 a night.

We visited Denver to see some baseball games. Coors field was even closer than expected. Our apartment looked out onto the courtyard and was very quiet. We loved the proximity to downtown and Union Station.

The place we stayed in was a totally different complex than advertised and in a different neighborhood. We chose this location to be a few minutes from union station with our luggage but we ended up having to pay for an Uber. It did not match the photos at all and the hallways smelled terrible. The only positive of our stay was that the host was extremely responsive.

Would stay again. Good space.
Overall it was a good stay. There were crumbs on the end table and a few things that are not as clean as they should be but nothing major. Our biggest complaint was that the door to the patio didn’t lock and being on the ground floor in Denver, that was very concerning. But overall, nice and quiet, good location and helpful communication.
