Nobody should be placed in a room, directly across from or nearby house maintenances and the breakfast area, unless you want to wake up at 5am, or have nowhere else in the world to stay. In addition, the room walls are paper thin, so you hear voices, moans, loud snoring, from those on either side of your room. And I mean loud, wall rattling snoring. I could smell smoke drifting into my room too in the wee hours of the evening, even though it supposedly is non-smoking. Hideous. Other than that, breakfast food was par, with options, staff good.
