After the first room was dust covered and hair everywhere, I got switched. Second room was little less dusty with minimal (should be 0) hair in bathroom. But the shower was stained and didnโt drain, nor the hand washing sink. Also the air conditioning did not work, had to keep fan on full blast to keep room not feeling moist.

The least they could do
Somtimes you realize less expensive is not the best. From the very beginning i knew that this place was just getting by on minimal effort. Dingy white linen, heavy odor control, free breakfast that worth every bit i paid, nothing. Forget saving ten dollars make amother choice

Quick check in however would not extend points since 3rd party (Hotels.com) involved. Property currently under going rehab but was not intrusive. Room was well equipped and clean.

good hotel, and location
The hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is they stop serving breakfast at 9 AM, too early for someone on vacation.

If it's the only option
I'm not sure if they're working on things but there was a lot of disrepair with walls, floors, etc. Online it says checkout time is 12pm. A sign at the front desk says 11am. I voiced this discrepancy when I checked in and the employee said 12 is fine. In the morning we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:45 and 11:05. Pretty rude in my opinion.

Nightmare
The AC didnโt work, room was clean but things are falling apart, strong smell of weed in the hallway by service room. Front desk came to our room at midnight, opened our door as we were sleeping to tell us we were in the wrong room after already staying there 1 1/2 days! When asked for compensation after waking us up and wanting us to switch rooms at midnight, the front desk worker told me I should be ashamed of myself. Terrible customer service!

Good overall.
Hotel condition and service were decent, and the price for this hotel is hard to beat. The only real disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order. It's one of the main reasons i choose one hotel over another is the hot tub. But, these things happen.

Stay somewhere else!
Terrible experience for myself and about 10 co-workers. I didnt not know they were also staying from a conference until we started talking about our stays. I attempted check-in at 3:30pm and my room was not cleaned/ready. Waited about 10 mins and got the room. Bathroom was dirty- mirror, hair on toilet, skicky floor. Rest of room looked mostly clean. I booked a 2nd room for 2 co-workers, they arrived at 7:30pm, was told their room was also not ready, and they sat in the lobby with a dozen other people being told the same thing. Hotel clerk/manager said they were short staffed, no housekeepers. I finally asked for a refund for the 2nd room, told them to stay elsewhere. Was given an email address to contact regards refund. Have not heard anything back. Ruined my experience staying at any Wyndham hotel. This one should be closed down if they want to salvage their reputation. Stories of how the other rooms looked are frightening. Stay somewhere else!

The young lady โKatieโ who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, up to date, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. I would wake up and get bacon, sausage, and cheese omelets for breakfast. I was there for work and this place was my home away from home. I am very pleased with my stay.
