Horror movie hotel
Very nice staff who are definitely not to blame. This is probably the worst hotel. I have to spend the night in. I was supposed to be there for three nights and had to leave after the first one. I have never stayed in a room as dirty as this one. That smell alone was enough to run you away. There was bugs, suspicious stains in the sheets, and overall the place is falling apart. Dirty bathroom and bad repairs overall. It also feels extremely unsafe. Nightmare overall. Moved to another hotel in the area with a similar price And it was 1000 times better

So the cereal incident is a new one...
Staff was decent. Plumbing had issues being worked on. Not mad about it. However the other guests of this hotel made it a pretty unpleasant unrestful trip. There was definitely at least one loud fight outside my room that kept me up. Went outside this morning to find that someone had either thrown (vommited maybe??) an entire bowl of cereal off the second floor balcony onto a bunch of our cars in the parking lot. It was Chex FYI. There was Chex cereal on my van roof and surrounding area. Uh do with that what you want upper management. Was busy dethawing the ice off my van, should have taken photos. Kinda regret not taking photos actually.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in, after picking up some warm food, I was informed that there was no hot water and had no idea if or when there would be hot water. Apparently this had been going on for several days. A courtesy call to let me know earlier in the day would’ve been greatly appreciated. I was offered a refund and told that it would take 3 to 5 business days to show up on my debit card account. This was a little confusing to me since when I made my online reservation it stated that my card would not be charged until I checked in. I never actually checked in. My money has not been refunded as of yet.
