The hotel has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The furniture is a bit dated, and the sofa bed could be cleaner. While towels are provided, they may not always be as clean as expected (hair on some towels). Guests should be aware that extra sheets, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and additional toiletries need to be requested, which seems to be a common practice in many Canadian hotels.
The two-bedroom suite comes with a small bottle of shampoo, which may not be sufficient for a group of five. Complimentary water is not provided, but there is a Keurig machine with four coffee pods, and guests can refill it with tap water. With a few enhancements, the experience could be much more comfortable.
