Shower was nice and hot, room somewhat clean. The toilet was broken and water ran in the tank. We had to turn water off. Loud fan noise coming up from the floor below very loud! Bed, hard as a rock.

To begin, the staff was A , and smooth check-in, The website pictures do not match the actual booked room. A coffee maker was available by request, but one not included in the room. The entire room was outdated. The beds were quite uncomfortable, cheap & flimsy bedding, flat bed pillows, no carpeting at all. Was quite disappointed in our overall accommodations, but thankfully we were there for only one night!!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms however were substandard. The windows were very hard to open and close, the paint on the walls were chipped in several areas, and there were dead bugs on the window sills that appeared to have been there for quite some time. So-called "breakfast" was a joke and they don't even have an ice machine. The only reason I stayed was the price and it's close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. To top it off on the morning of check-out they decided to shut off the water to do repairs, so not the best experience overall.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room smelled awful, it had a very strong rancid grease smell like noone had ever cleaned the grease trap above the stove. Everything we brought in smelled like this when we left. Also the window was rigged so that it didn't close completely, leaving about 2 inchs for bugs to get in, no screens either. I had to stuff a towel in the gap to keep bugs out. Staff even acknowledged that some rooms were like this, a known condition. I somehow overpaid through Expedia by several times what other people paid. Extremely angry about my experience here and eith Expedia for the ridiculous pricing.

Although we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was prevelant in the hallways. The room was clean, but no ammenaties unless you called for them, ie, coffee maker, hair dryer. No ice machine anywhere. The grounds were dirty and unkept and there must be people living in the hotel and they were just hanging around the lobby and outside entrance makin it uncomfortable, like I was staying in someone else's house. The dumpster was full to overflowing. I would not stay here again.

While the inside was clean, the outside property had garbage all in the tree line and the dumpster was overflowing. Even though we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was abundant in the hallways. It seems that there were people living in the hotel and hanging around outside by the main entrance and the lobby and just generally giving the hotel a weird vibe, like you were staying at someone's house and interrupting them. I have to say, that I would not stay there again.
