Homeless issues in parking lot, crumbs in bed upon arrival, dirty towels with stains hung up in bathroom. Will never stay here again.

Bed was painfully hard and had a weird metal support that stuck out from under the mattress so that I hit my leg getting out of bed. Bathtub has been oddly disabled for use. Strange pipes sticking out from wall. The decor was charming. Room was quiet. Staff was efficient.

We were here for car week, so it was very convenient and easy to get to the freeway and pebble beach. It was a decent room for 2, upstairs. Beds were comfortable, but the frame was noisy ( not terrible). Could use a bit of dusting , and more hooks in the bathroom and vanity area for clothes/towels. A luggage rack or table would also be nice as well. We found it quiet, decent area ( we felt safe ). Staff was always helpful.

Very nice spacious rooms, the floor was a bit dirty but nothing unbearable. I stayed here when I wanted to visit the aquarium; this was a great location. There are many places across the street and nearby such as many dining options and plenty of shopping. Great deal for the price
