Xtra Charges at Hotel
The stay was excellent. Very clean hotel and very responsive to your needs. They have a very strict check-in policy. I tried to check in 45 minutes before their 3:00 check-in time, as well as a few other guests, and they would not allow check unless you agree to the $25.00 early check in fee. I was very disappointed when I received a text message from the hotel, after booking my room through Hotels.com, stating that there was a parking charge of $16.00, per day, for parking in their parking lot while staying at the hotel. This cost was not disclosed by Hotels.com when booking the room and when I checked out, my bill was $45 more than quoted by Hotels.com. The guest should be made aware of this, when booking the hotel, instead of finding out after you have booked the hotel and that if you canceled the booking, you have to pay for a one night stay, which would end up costing more that the 3 day parking fee.
