Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and hotel overall. Quick check in, front desk staff was very friendly. Ate at the deli. Very good food, and good service. Casino staff always coming by to check for drink needs. Everything was clean. Thanks for the great accommodations. We will make the 6 hour trip and stay longer next time.

While my check in went very smooth, I did find out that I had been double charged for my room, once from hotel and once from hotels.com. Waiting to see if I get it refunded or not. Hotels water was lukewarm, at best. Very dated but everyone was very nice

The room was clean nice comfortable had a great one to look out over the casino. The price was good all in all it was a good day, except for the fact that they do have some very rude staff the ladies at the players – we’re great we’re at the restaurant they were rude.
