What a gem of a hotel
Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

호텔의 모든 분들이 아주 친절해서 아이들에게 밝은 모습을 많이 보여줘서 아주 좋았어요. 지은지 얼마 안되서 시설도 깨끗하고 수영장이 아이들이 놀기에 아주 좋았어요. 가족여행으로는 아주 좋은 선택지인것같아요

헤난❤️
보홀에서 맥도날드 중심가에서 그리 이동이 블편치 않았어요. 직원 모두가 친절하였고. 특히 프론트에 베네사 직원 아주 친절하고 직업정신이 좋았어요. 곧 보홀에 다시갈건데 전 헤난을 또 이용할거예요. 이번 연말에 헤난에서 카운트다운파티할때 헤난 회장님도 뵐 수 닜는 기회가 있었는데 약간 느낌이 우리 삼성 재드래곤♡♡님 분위기가 나서 괜히더 친근하고 헤난이 더욱 좋아진거 있죠 ㅎㅎ 잘 묵고 갑니다.^^

아직 공사중인 리조트입니다.
해당 객실상품은 지금은 예약판매를 하면 안될것 같습니다. 특히 비치쪽 패밀리룸타입객실은 공사현장 근처입니다. 엘레베이터도 운행이 안되고 있고, 페인트 냄새도 심하고, 공사 먼지가 복도에 쌓여 있으며 소음도 많이 납니다. soft opening인 것을 고려했음에도 리조트 곳곳에 공사로 인해 영향을 받는 부분이 많고 환불불가에 너무 비싼 가격으로 판매되고 있다고 생각합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 열심히 청소하지만 가족단위에 휴양을 하기에는 좀 무리있어 지금은 추천하지 않습니다.
