Could have been better
Received text instructions prior to check in and check out for room 22 using the "door check in, check out code" and using the online guest portal. I didn't understand any of that and neither did the front desk clerk. Ice machine on1st and 2nd floor inoperative; had to go to 3rd floor for ice. Front desk apparently knew about it, but did not advise us ahead of time, so I wasted time running around every floor to find a working machine. Noise from water flowing in adjacent rooms annoying. Meager breakfast offerings; no juice machine.
