Hotel is in serious need of updating. The lobby and room smelled, and the bathroom ceiling had roof leak stains on them. Front desk clerk was friendly at check in but another employee at check out refused to give me a paid receipt showing all charges. I won’t stay here again!

Room was in poor condition. Carpets were dirty and stained, tack strip between carpet and tile exposed , hair dryer plug missing prong ,cracked and unusable, shower spout coming out of the wall. Milk left in refrigerator from previous lodgers, unexpected fee for dog to stay.

Very very unhappy that you charged me, a traveling nurse, for a room i didnt and couldn't stay related to car accident/engine failure. I definitely will Not recommend you to any of my colleagues! Cockroaches was told all hotels in Nebraska have them save yourself the trouble and just stay at super 8 if your looking for a cheap hotel 10x better and way more comfortable.
