Dirty matresses
There was cockroach wondering on the floor. The matress of the bed is dirty, a lot of stain as well as the extra bed matress. I paid 5500pesos a night it was not worth it.

No Good Aircon
The room was very hot. It has an air conditioner but it's too small for a room this size. Also they installed it very low to the ground so the cold air blows straight to your feet. The staff was friendly. The location was good. The Wi-Fi was very fast. I would be willing to stay here again but I don't think that it will probably happen.

It seems so old,the toilet is dirty,the reception was rude and unfriendly .Strictly for 2 persons only if exceeding 2 persons must pay 450 per head. Shower has extremely low water flow .I do not recommend this hotel .You can still find many affordbale and nice hotels nearby.

Pros: low price, quiet, friendly helpful staff, some rooms are large, clean, good cheap breakfast, free WiFi, location close to Ayala (10 minutes walk). Cons: dated worn rooms, loose sink or shower fixtures, slow warm water, no immediate convenience stores. Hey folks it’s an inexpensive hotel near Cebu business park/Ayala. And it is the Philippines. If you want to spend $50-$100 USD per night you can do that nearby, but for $20 usd per night in this area, it is a bargain!

Booking problem
The stay was excellent. The only problem was at check in. I booked the hotel for my family members in The Philippines but I was not with them. So there was a problem at check in. I had to overcome this by sending an email to the hotel authorising the family members to book in under my name. Otherwise, everything was alright.

We left early because the area was not safe, locks on room door didn’t work well, poor internet, no safe in the room, refrigerator was dirty and then they charged extra for lay drying the bedsheets We had booked 3 days but cancelled after the first night and had to forfeit the other days that we stayed. I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my friends and family through Expedia, which clearly stated that the reservation was for 4 adults. However, upon arrival, we were told by the front desk staff that only 3 guests were allowed and that we had to pay an additional 900 pesos for the fourth guest. This is a total scam! The pictures on Expedia are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than what is shown online. The rooms were dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the overall environment was extremely disappointing. If I could rate this hotel negatively, I would. It’s frustrating to feel deceived by both the hotel and the booking platform. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for accommodation to avoid similar disappointment and hidden charges. Rating: 1/5
