Don’t stay here if cleanliness is non-negotiable

Room had noticeable dirt throughout, bedsheets, shower etc. The sink drain leaked from the trap (fixed myself) but the fact that I had to is ridiculous. The sheets had lint/hair on them and the shower walls had hair as well. The room was on the backside of the building (normally fine but the parking lot was horrible) one night it had rained and the parking lot had created a horrible red/orange mud that got over everything and stained my clothes. (Didn’t realize it was on my shoes. The room was comfortable enough to rough it for a few nights as we only used it as somewhere to sleep/shower before doing our activities for the day. But otherwise firmly and not what was expected from images alone.

Ruined the handicap. Beds too high.frame moves across floor. Toilet too low, no grab bar. Can't reach paper. No cold water only warm . New air small, blows air under curtain. Took 2 hours to find out lamp in touch. Used this 7-8 times in 18 months. Can't go back being handicapped

Motel with hotel prices

Would suggest adding more large towels for 4 people in a room and fixing the ac unit in 105. We noticed the room seemed to be updated recently so understand there might have been a few glitches. Overall a decent stay.

Updated motel

The hotel looks to be somewhat updated recently. The vinyl flooring needs a good cleaning and the ac unit in 105 is very loud when sleeping. Beds and pillows are fairly comfy. I would suggest the rooms be serviced every other day instead of every 3rd since there are not enough towels for 4 people. We appreciated the ice machine and coffee in the nearby lounge.

Double charged us and won’t refund

Double charged us and never refunded. I called at least 4 times and left a message. The manager never called me back. We used to stay here twice a year but won’t be back. I’m sure the owner will be responding to this review with they gave a refund. NO THEY DID NOT. I know how to read my bank statements. I have given you since April to refund-and now this is June.

Good choice!

Our room was very clean and it was newly renovated in beautiful colors that created a relaxing atmosphere. The television offered many channels. The owner was very helpful in letting us know how and when to get into our room. The beds were comfortable and the water in the shower was nice and warm! The location and price were good for what we were doing. Highly recommend for a quiet night's sleep.

Seems that the property is undergoing mayor upgrades and the units look way nicer than on the current pictures. The units have almost everything new and are super nice and comfortable (please don't ruin them!). They just added a pick nick gondola and a fire pit that we got to use for the first time. Location is convenient for fishing trips or any other events going on around the area. Will not be your ideal family vacation destination for sure but it will host you for a day or two while you do a tour.

They are finishing their remodeling and have added new AC ,floors, beds, furniture,micro wave, fridge , desk and chairs and coffee maker and TV . Great remodel from last year stay (retro idea job, I should have opened the window for new paint smell)! Only issues ; Take off the old key fob on the wall , I spent 10 minutes trying to open it before seeing the touch door -keypad !! Replace the shampoo foil packs with a wall pump or screw on bottle. They are impossible to tear open when wet ! lol . Thanks for everything, nice to meet you Sue and Heather :-)

Decent Place for Solo

The place just got a new owner who is repainting everything which was needed and putting in new beds. Comfortable but noisy on the road with cars and people outside talking in the parking lot. However, it was perfect for what I needed which was a place to sleep and shower.

In Poor Condition

Arrived to a strong smoke smell. Did not request a smokers room. Turned on the water and it literally ran out an open line directly on the floor. They were apparently aware because there was a shop vac along the wall next to it. It was not a clean room, old bedding. Would not recommend. Way overpriced for condition. The front desk said they are under renovations but they shouldn’t rent a room if it does not have functioning plumbing.

Ac was takes in the wall with duck tape and very loud would wake us up when it kick on and off all night . People hang around outside . The light shining in the room with blind closed the bathroom floor had gap in the floor the heater switched kept falling off the wall . There was no helpful information from the guy at the desk since he never left the motel in14 years. It was very hard to park when there was limited space due how people was parking
