While I was taking a shower, water was extremely hot and almost burned me. The cold water wasn't working at all. I had to walk out in the middle of the shower, covered in soap bubbles to make a call to the reception. The man at the reception told me he was aware of the problem and told me to keep it running until it cools down, and hung up. He didn't give me any warning of this. I frustatedly stood in front of the shower for 10 minutes, covered in soap, waiting until the water cooled down. I made a complaint during checkout, and the lady at the reception was surprised that I was not offered a free movie at least. She apologized for her staff's action and offered to give $70 refund.
