unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to a plumbing issue. Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. When I contacted the front desk to report the issue, I was surprised to be handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to provide a solution, I expected better service, especially considering the price of the room.
It's disappointing to be in a situation where basic amenities like a functioning toilet aren’t maintained to a higher standard, and it's even more frustrating to have to deal with the issue personally. I understand that issues can arise, but offering a plunger instead of sending someone to address the problem professionally felt like a poor response to the situation.
While the rest of the stay was fine, this plumbing issue and the lack of proper assistance definitely left a bad impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure such situations are handled more appropriately in the future.
