I stayed this hotel for two nights. Check-in was delayed for three hours on the first day. Even though I finished the reservation and payment for staying in advance on the webpage of hotels.com, the hotel staffs refused my check-in. Because "hotels.com" hadn't payed for my room yet. After all, I had to give the staff my credit card for deposit.
Moreover,there was a phone-call very early in the morning on Sunday about 6:30A.M. After several ringing, it stopped before i answer the phone. I called the front and asked why you called me. the staff told me that it was for breakfast. Actually, i'd never asked the staff of morning call.
To tell the truth it was the staff's mistake and he told me a lie. I was very unpleasant and complained it to the manager. The manager said after investigation, there will be proper penalty to the staff. and let me know by e-mail. However, there hasn't been any e-mail from the hotel yet. aleady 2 month went by. *I thought all staffs in this hotel including the manager treat guests very easy... that was really disappointing.
Also this hotel located very very wrong place. from the SM-mall to this hotel, the taxi drivers asks for about 500 pesos.
*you seriously consided staying at this ramada hotel!!!
