I stayed three days from January 24 to 27, 2019. Overall, hotel is OK for stay. However, for the customer service, I experienced the worst service I have not experienced in the past hotel stay. I even thought to cancel this hotel and moving to another hotel. After checking in, I operated the heating switch in my room but it did not work and I called the front desk. He said he would soon send a man, but he did not come. After that, I called 3 more times to ask for a check, and every time I was told to send a person soon, but never came. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, I visited the front desk and complained about the ridiculous service, but again, I only heard to wait a moment. There were three employees at the front desk, but they did not respond directly to each other. I have not received any apology from these three men. Eventually, after ten minutes, I went up to the room with the front desk and solved the heating problem. I have not received any apology from this man also. Honestly, I felt that I got racial discrimination as I am Asian people. I will never recommend this hotel.
