It only takes one.
I don't like giving bad reviews. We arrived on Thursday January 2nd and were greeted by top notch employees. Courteous, respectfull and efficient. The only glitch we had was a stopped up sink and toilet which was fixed professionally and promptly by maintenance. It wasn't until our third night that we had a problem. We both became ill and were up all night. We overslept, missed breakfast and I immediately called down to the front desk. It was 10:10. I asked for a few extra minutes to vacate the room so we can shower and pack up. I was immediately refused and reminded that check out was at 11:00. I pleaded with the employee that we had been up sick all night and would really like to take a shower before we left. We were immediately refused again and reminded that check out was at 11:00. I could not believe that this employee this representative of Sleep Inn had no empathy at all for our situation. Alsousband was bringing down our luggage as my husband was rushing, trying to get us checked out by 11:00, he overheard her arguing with another guest. Why is someone like this working for Sleep Inn? This employee had blue hair and was treating us as if we were not a paying customer. She was treating us as if she were doing us a favor. There are plenty more hotels and condos in Orange Beach. The person who hired this blue-haired disrespectful unprofessional person also needs to be fired. We will never stay at a Sleep Inn again.

For the price and having a view of the Golf, we would definitely stay again. The morning breakfast is fantastic with made to order omelettes, a real pleaser!! The hotel its self is dated but it is clean and the water is great! Hot water in an instant with great shower!

Surprisingly Surprised!
From the time we arrived we had amazing service! Trey greeted us with friendly smile and great advise for local spots to eat! I was very impressed with the Hot Breakfast, no frozen eggs, Hot made to order Omelettes were great! Cleaning crew were very friendly and respectful! Our room Oceanfront with a small balcony, very clean! We will definitely be back!

Way more than we expected
A couple ways this hotel goes above and beyond the expected: 1) made to order omelets for breakfast was a hit and usually not something you get unless you pay for breakfast and stay at a resort. 2) complimentary bag of ice from front desk to fill your cooler for a day on the beach.

Our room was very tidy and clean. The room service came daily to make sure we had towels and our garbage was dumped. Our room was on the beach side and had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony watching the waves crash and the birds fly was very relaxing. Each morning for breakfast, there was someone making delicious omelets to order. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here, and honestly, we will probably continue to stay here anytime we are in Orange Beach. The room was nice and the staff was nice, with the exclusion of one older man, but we only saw him once. There is a lady there, I believe a manager, who is absolutely amazing though!

Gorgeous room with a direct view of the Gulf. Amenities were great. Ice machines, washer/driers available. Daily housekeeping, which is unheard of anymore. Breakfast bar included a made to order omelette bar. Pool was nice, but not heated. Parking was safe. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment for kids. Can’t say enough nice things. This was a gem!

Great location, nice stay!
We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Loved it this time too, other than being woke up at 5:15am by loud talking people in the next room. They moved us to another room, but not ideal to have to pack up and move when you're wanting to sleep. Made to order omelets was great! Comfy bed, nice and clean room.
