The property has resort fees, property fees, parking fees, and I'm sure there are other fees that I didn't run into. I'm not a price conscious traveler, but paying resort fees for nothing in return, as well all the other fees, really feels as though you are not a guest, but as a sap they can squeeze for every possible penny.
The food in the restaurant is average, at best, but priced as if it is the finest in Santa Fe.
There was a fire alarm during our stay at 6am, and management made NO attempt to reach out and try to make amends. I had to bring it up upon check out the following day at the front desk, and all I got was a proforma "sorry about that".
I travel to Santa Fe a couple of times a year, and will be staying at properties that this company does not own.
