I stayed here in 2014 before the re-model when I moved to La Mesa. I refused to stay again for the service and cleanliness. Looked like it was a homeless center with trash over flowing and people doing drugs and loitering outside and revving cars and parties in rooms.
10 years later, visiting family that lives in La Mesa I booked because I noticed the remodel but nothing has changed.
Could not sleep for 2 nights! I understand the car wash construction but a hockey team that is running in the hallways at 1am and slamming door and jumping in the elevator. Ridiculous! There is a city ordinance in La Mesa for quiet hours that starts at 10pm. Hotel staff does nothing, cars revving outside, people screaming and talking loud and 20 hockey team kids running down the hallways at 1am. I visit family in La Mesa very frequently. Will never stay here again! Nothing has changed.
