Although hotels.com knew 5 were staying in the room, we.arrived very late and exhausted with a cantankerous toddler and two boys only to find there were no bed linens or pillows even in the room for the two boys. When we went to call the front desk, we found the phone completely disconnected. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk did not mention anything about texting for service, so my husband had to walk all the way back down to the front desk at 2:30 a.m. to ask for bed linens before our kids could sleep. The upholstry on the pull-out couch was quite dirty. The king size bed was comfortable and its bed linens looked and smelled clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall, you get what you pay for. Since it saved us $100 to stay there, I guess it was still worth it, but we only slept there. Would not recommend it for anything else.
