My friend and I enjoyed one night in NYC at the Hotel Edison to see Wicked at the Gershwin. It was an excellent location, right on Times Square, easy access to a subway and waling distance to many food locations and theatres. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the rooms were well kept and clean. I would stay here again and again!

Fun Stay in the Theater District
We traveled to NYC for the purpose of seeing a couple of Broadway shows and chose the Hotel Edison because of its location in the heart of the Theater District. We stayed in a Signature room with 2 queen beds, which provided the space we needed. The room was clean, and the towels were wonderfully fluffy. We loved the adjacent restaurant, Friedmans, and used the hotel breakfast vouchers that gave a choice of 4 breakfast options for $6.50. We ate pre-show dinner there twice, and enjoyed the singing waiters. We felt safe and secure. It was a fun stay.

We had an issue on check-in that was very upsetting (long story). We ran out of hot water the last 2 days of our visit or I would have given them 5 stars. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Very convenient to Times Square and many shops and attractions....
