10/10 Exceptional

Family time

Quiet and peaceful.
Victoria, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Meh

The hotel is old and you can smell it. There were ants all over the room when we woke up. Limited variety at breakfast, but better than nothing. It's a very average stay and served it's purpose. Would not stay again if there again if there was another option.
Josh, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Definitely not great ..

The lady at front desk was nice. Other than that. The room was DIRTY not something you would want your kids in- toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. There was some sort of dirt in the sink. Looks like the walls hadn’t been wiped down in a minute … disappointing.
Felicity, 1-night trip

Good location

4/10 Fair

Holy crap.

The TV didn’t connect to any provider or service. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep, plus I was next to the loudest ice machine ever. The sheets smelled, the tub was dirty and the weird bottle opener attached to the sink was covered in rust. The absolute WORST POOL I’ve ever seen. There are slot machines in the lobby.
Stephanie, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Poor

Check in was pretty quick. One of the 2 keys for the room never worked. When you enter the lobby you immediately notice a smell— kind of old musty smell. Lobby carpet outdated and needed vacuumed. Floor in room was filthy. Bed was uncomfortable and very hard.

In Sedalia's busy season, you risk disappointment

I've stayed here before. It was good enough for my simple needs then, and mostly good enough this time. My room had at least two bugs in it. I definitely identified one as a cricket. The other might also have been one. The front desk seemed more interested in explaining than rectifying, so I didn't pursue the matter. Fortunately, I was far too busy to spend much time in my room. The free breakfast was OK but didn't have much of what I wanted, but I still went to Perkins afterward. Next year, I'll reserve a room at a better-rated motel, and reserve earlier, so there will be plenty of choices.

It was a good stay other than we left a was gone for about a hour a came back to little black ants everywhere by the tv an out game system but other than that it was nice.
Cathy, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible experience. Pool was nasty. Customer service turned nasty. And room was poor. Tv reception in and out. Microwave sucked. Worse experience ever
Hailei, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Bad times

I want a refund. In the door we encounter a spider in the sink. We flush it and the toilet doesn’t flush. No TV working as internet was down. We went to complain but couldn’t check out as the internet was down. They were mad at us for wanting to leave but we stayed as we already had tickets to the Fair. We were on the second floor with no elevator. The ice machine across the hall did not work. The rates were inflated due to the Fair in town.
Michael, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

There were ants all over the bathroom floor in the shower and in the bed. Door wouldn’t lock and toilet wouldn’t flush. Worst hotel I have ever been too
Jessie, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly and courtesy the lady at the front desk was very nice and professional and accomadating will definitely recommend
Nick, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible!!!

The photos on the website are very deceiving. It is so run down and junky. The rooms are dingy and gross. Breakfast was hardly edible, biscuits hard as rocks, coffee tasted like hot water. Management was rude. We were charged an extra fee because my baby spilled something, I used one of the hand towels to clean it up and was told I had to be charged for “damages.” I could hear people slamming doors in room surrounding us and the exit door near our room, commotion up and down the hallways all night to the point where we were getting woke up and couldn’t sleep. An overall ridiculous and terrible experience. Way over priced for what we got.

2/10 Poor

Gross! Moldy sheets! Dirty surfaces! I had to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes! Stay someplace else!
KENNY, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean but old

The hotel is obviously old. You can tell the toilet leaked at some point by the blue stains on the floor behind it. Sink was stained, other obvious signs of age, but it was clean. Flooring was LVP which felt cleaner than carpet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were poor ( cold cereal, toast/bagels, and 1 waffle machine which appeared not to work well ). Not sure I would choose to stay here again.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible. Never going back!

The hotel room was ok considering the price, but the bathroom was disgusting! There was a used bar of soap in the shower with someone else’s body hair on it. There was someone else’s hair on the conditioner bottle. The air conditioner sounded like a rocket taking off. When we talked to the manager about it she said maybe we were just light sleepers. The curtain was broken so couldn’t be closed all the way which let tons of light in. The television didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. There was a dog across the hall that started barking at 6 am. When I went to the front desk, because the phone didn’t work, they said they don’t have control over people’s pets. We didn’t have high expectations due to the price but that was way worse than expected.
Jessica, 1-night trip

The owner (lady)was very sweet and respectful. Very friendly the room was amazing and smelt very good i will be staying there for now on
Jessica, 1-night trip

Room was dirty and I got non smoking room and it smells like smoking room floor was so dirty
Ivan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Property is convenient to the fairgrounds and close to shops and restaurants
Jerry, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

OK for the price. Would have liked coffee available longer than just breakfast.
John, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It was an overall okay place. Just a lot of little ants. And a bit dated. Do not leave any food out. And they did not program their TVs. But the jet had on the shower makes up for a lot
