Large suite with small bathroom and no power.
We had a suite that was large, but the bathroom was smaller than the closet. The executive table did not have any power, o, we couldn't charge or work with our computers. They didn't have a replacement room, so we stayed in a accessory or handicap room that at least had a larger bathroom. Two days later or half our stay later they gave us a one-bedroom suite. Not a very good experience.

Room was tiny. Much smaller than it looked in photos on website. To get to the far side of the bed, we had to turn sideways between the TV and the bed. Minimal closet space, tiny bathroom and little if any space to maneuver, store clothes and relax.

The hotel atmosphere, cleanliness, and service was excellent, but there was a dog across the hall that wouldn’t stop barking. Also, our neighbors had children that woke up New Year’s morning at 6:30am and yelled and screamed for 3 hours.

Great historical hotel
It was a moment of a lifetime to spend new years in Boston and visit with my sister and her partner. I wished they had better parking rates but valet parking is expensive because it’s convenient.

2/10 Poor

So when I checked in the service desk, people were very helpful. When it I walked into the room, it was very warm and none of the outlets worked. They want us to get downgraded to get a different room and I declined it because it’s not what I was expecting. I’ve been to this hotel couple times and it’s getting worse. It’s in a great area, but when you pay for a lot for a hotel and the amenities aren’t there not worth it. Trust me when I say this, they are better and cheaper hotels out there in Boston.

Sofa bed esa in terrible conditions, shouldnt be advertised as sofá bed. Its barely sleepable in it.
