Horrible experience. This is a converted motel with rooms that open to the parking lot. The front desk staff were either busy busy with the local gossip or on their cell phones, with the exception of one male staff in the evening who seemed to be concerned. Our window overlooked a homeless camp and if there was no parking available i the front of the hotel, you would have to park back there. At times, it appeared that some homeless individual were inside the grounds of this hotel.
We stayed there for 5 nights and had no maid service or room cleaning, even after we asked twice. We had to get our own fresh towels, emptied our trash can twice and had to find supplies to replenish our room. The room was not clean, we found a used coffee filter in the coffee maker upon arrival.
For the for the very high rate that we were charged per night, we did not receive any service from the hotel, felt unsafe and was not maintained. On the plus side, it is in a good location for walking downtown.
