The room was fine, seemed clean and bed was comfortable.
My problem was that the alarm on the digital clock was set to 6am, unbeknownst to us. We were, of course, quite upset to woken up so early on a Sunday morning.
When I complained to the lobby personnel upon checkout, I was given a $12 credit for the parking fee for my inconvenience. This would have sounded like a nice gesture had I been told I was going to be charged $12 for parking in the first place! Plenty of close, free parking was available just beyond the hotel parking lot in the same quiet area. I mentioned this to the rep., but it seemed a moot point then...
