Hotel manager lied about refund
We booked two rooms for two nights beginning of February. Before we left on Sunday my husband made a 1 star review and explained why. He ended up speaking to the manager and we were pleased of the outcome, she said she would refund us one night for each room. That was well worth it to us. Especially being a family of 2 adults and 5 children. The issues we had there was very alarming when came to safety issues. Unfortunately the manager lead to us and only given us refund for only one of the rooms. Which I felt extremely shady and insulting. As a manager, you should honor your words and no lie to your customers.
