It was ok the 1st night. A little loud outside,but ok
The 2nd night we got in around 930pm and turn the lights on and saw roaches. I called the after hour number and nobody called me back. We left at 930 am the next morning and still no call. It won't let me attach pictures

Cozy and great price
Place is affordable but noone offered towels and each room ia supposed to have dish soap which after the first one is gone longer stays you provide..when i tols the lady upfront she said well we don't give you another.. explained that we didn't have one at check in she ignored me further comment wasnt made ..also saw some roaches but the women upfront was to hateful to talk too.. price is perfect but the housekeepers. Aren't! I do love the place and the vibe but just needed to be cleaned better

I like the concept of having a suite with a full kitchen. However, this suite was not adequately stocked with cooking utensils. When I walked in, a burner light was on and stayed on my entire stay. I tried to see if any stove eyes were hot but I didnt detect any. Instead, there was a stinkbug crawling on the front right largest burner. I tried to kill him. He fell underneath the burner rings. I turned that burner on. A few seconds later, a flash of blue light and a pop occurred. I turned the burner off. I thought the bug was dead. A few sexonds later it turned over and crawled into the hole where the burner turns on. I encountered 3 other stink bugs during my stay. The other 2 i managed to kill. One i. The bathroom and the other on the wall by the bed.
The situation with resident clerk or manager was the worst ever. I called before twice before leaving my place to get after hour check-in instructions. She failed to return my call. Upon arrival, I called and eventually she gave me a code to get only a keycard out of a lock box. When I called her to ask for about 30 minutes more to check-out, she was horrible.

The owner/manager was nice and the AC worked good but the room was not clean. Trash can in kitchen was full, dirty carpet and couch. Mold along the walls and in the bathroom floor and shower curtain. Only one towel and two wash cloths. Bugs. Housekeeping needs to do a better job!

It was the most beautiful property,no traffic,no ppl in Parking lot all night like most ! Just in general I didn't want to leave!! And we own 2 homes in two states and I'm looking right now to find out if I can get discount. Or heck I don't need money but I wish I'd spoke with the nice lady about if the needed help and I'd except a room for my ppl pay, and if they were unable to do that I loved it ENOUGH I'd pay for my room while I worked! I'm not sure if corporate reads this or that wonderful amazing woman I met that worked at the front desk!?

Drawer front had been pulled off and put in a corner with screws and nails sticking out. Tv's did not work. No batteries!!! Mold on the ceiling. Toilet constantly running. And to top it all off, we were double charged.

I made a reservation and prepaid the non refundable through expedia. When I got there the woman at the desk said she doesn't "like 3 party reservations and doesn't deal with them so she took my CC and charge room and tax she said she was going to refund the other CC. She said it wan;t my CC# I explained it was the Virtual CC. She also did not know how to make keys for the room. They never worked housekeeping let me in to the room so I knew the lock was fine. I work in the hotel insdustry it was unbelievable.

Things falling apart. Toilet ran continuosly. Mold on ceiling. Vent dirty. Neither tv worked because there were no batteries in the remotes. There was no explanation of the WIFI.
