The hotel just had a musty odor. Our room only had one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. The lighting was inadequate for evening. The AC was noisy and ran for a long time. My bed was fairly hard. Overall, not that good. We won't be back.

Not worth the Hampton Inn name
Reserved 2 rooms- one smelled horrible (think chemically covered mildew!) other room the toilet continually flushed and ran all night! The rooms were remodeled but not great quality. The beds were clean and comfort and the girl at the front desk was very nice and tried to help but didnโt have any other options for us. Very disappointed as I have always had great experiences with Hampton Inns in the past.

Terrible Experience
I waited in the foyer for 20 minutes without anyone present at the front desk. Another individual was also waiting to check in and knocked on the back office door, but received no response. I then called the number listed on the business card, but the phone rang without an answer. My wife had to get the attention of a person in uniform with dreadlocks hairstyle to assist us.

convenient location
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bath towels are really small, but everything else was fine. The hotel is close to the highway and many restaurants down the road.

Room smelled of mildew & had mold in an entire corner of the ceiling and down the walls. We hadn't noticed it until we laid down. We called the front desk and went down there and could not find anyone for over an hour. There were multiple people at the desk trying to find someone for issues as well. It was 2am when we finally found someone & that was after reaching out to the hotel next door because we just needed out of that room. The odor was awful and the longer we were in the room, the worse it was. We each had headaches and stuffy noses already. They told us the entire end starting in room 113 and all the way up was having mold issues. They moved us to another room on the opposite end. They showed us one room that smelled like paint. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to cover up the mold on the ceiling. Then moved to another and that room was good but the wall paper in the hallways was bubbling due to the humidity as well.

First room they put us in was not cleaned and the second room had rubber matts in the bathtub covering up a much needed repair to the bathtub. I would not stay here again, worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

Communication and Honesty Desired
Reached out when booking to request connecting rooms. Was told they would do their best. When I check in not only are the rooms not connecting, they don't even have the type of rooms we booked as a connecting option at all on the property. If they had communicated, we would have booked the other type of room and happily paid the higher price. They did not even allow us to pay more and change the room type to get connected rooms.
The property needs some maintenance and updating. The bath tub and flooring were in need of repair for sure.
Pet hair everywhere, tv did not get any kids channels, and breakfast left something to be desired. Will be looking for a different place next time.

This was a horrible experience and we didnโt even stay the night here. The lady at the front was rude and the entire hotel was dirty and disgusting. There was mold in the shower, there was a disgusting odor in the room and the sheets were dirty with hair and debris all over. They would not issue a refund and we would like some option in resolving this issue.

Walls are paper thin, there is a barn door for a bathroom door that doesnโt quite cover the area and there is one small elevator for the whole place. Itโs fine.

Room floor was dirty. Unacceptable and no credit offered by Manager on Duty. Patel group needs to improve. We will not stay at this Hampton Hotel. Beds were too hard. Beds at Hampton Hotels in the past the beds were excellent. What has happened ?

We had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn consistently provides an excellent hotel stay. This particular hotel has a beautiful view out of the back windows! It looks like you're overlooking a park! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, in good shape, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We would definitely stay here again!
