This hotel was very nice and 5 minute ride from Narita airport. 3rd bed was ready at arrival. Shuttle to airport was punctual and convenient. Many extra amenities in bathroom.

The hotel is very convenient to Narita airport and they provided excellent documents to guide me as to how to get through terminal 2 and find the shuttle bus. Easy! The room was dated but HUGE! I had breakfast buffet included and it was good. I would choose this hotel again.

very good customer service
Im very please with the customer service of Hotel Nikko, Shio SHINNO, My daughter left her belt bag in the hotel, they communicate so well with me that they were able to ship it to one of my friend home in Japan. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend staying in this hotel prior to your flight. They provide free shuttle and staff is very helful with the luggages.

We had a 9am flight at the Narita Airport so checking in to Hotel Nikko the night before could save us the hassle as the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport which was only a 6-min ride. But surprisingly the design of the hotel was very outdated though cleanliness, maintenance and service were good.

Amazing staff and service!
They staff are amazing at this hotel. We stay at the beginning of our trip and also at the end. Highly recommend staying here, there’s a lot to see in Narita!

Does the job for 1 night
Shuttle from the NRT airport was helpful but it seemed a bit far from the airport. Drivers are very courteous. The room had a funny smell Not sure if it was still cigarette smoke. Windows can be open but you need to call down to their phone desk to have somebody unlock it for you. It's nice that they provide pajamas and slippers. Overall, does the job for 1 night.

Heavily dated
Super dated hotel. If it were not for the airport convenience, im not sure how this hotel maintains this score. Our bedding had stains and the bathroom was incredibly in need of remodel. Even down to the phones being that odd 90s yellow it was dated. Glad it was only a night and close to the airport.

Good option before leaving Japan for home.
Hotel Nikko is very convenient being next to the Narita Airport and having a very good shuttle service. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The hotel is very dated and some parts were like a time capsule back to the 1980s which is kind of cool, but has a 'dated' feel to it. Otherwise the rooms were decent for the price.
