Check in was easy. The lady working at the counter was nice. The room isnt terrible. The one major concern is how damp it is. The floor stays wet. That could be a hazard for older people or disabled people. I used a towel to try to keep the floor dry. After the first time i could see how filthy the floor actually was. We paid under $100 to stay for one night and thats not terrible. I definitely wouldnt stay here for longer than that

This was was one of my worst experiences. The lady at the counter stayed on her phone in the back. Even came to the front on it to take care of me. While the job phone rang out and she didn't answer that. The room wasn't up to par. Things falling apart and the microwave wasn't even plugged in. Didn't see a place to plug it in. Holes in the sheet and toilet paper holder falling out the wall.

Took 3 minutes for person to come to desk. She was on her personal phone the whole time. The first room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The second room had a dirty refrigerator and a microwave that was able to plug in. There were things falling apart. Lights and in the bathroom. The 1st room was 217 2nd 221. Wouldn't go back

This place was great and the staff was very helpful. The only problem I had was when I tried to call to retrieve a forgotten item, I had to deal with an AI customer service rep who then gave me a number for the actual inn. Then nobody answered the phone. I wish it wasn't so difficult to talk to a real human!

Air conditioning didnโt work in one room. No towles after multiple attempts. People in room when we got there. Locks on door broke. Room stank. Ceiling falling/paint. People trying to come in room at 11:45pm. Horrible experience refund should be given.

The house keepers are great.
We was there a week and the breakfastโฆ it was a joke. Something was always missing and we was told oh we will have everything tomorrow. Well tomorrow was worse. We left on Tuesday morning, nothing at all. No sugar or cream for the coffee all they had was cereal, but they had no milk.
They advertise a pool well it wasnโt working

Door didnt lock in one room and my 2nd room my kids were locked in. Could get in from the outside but not out from the inside. Asked for a manager and was told they wont respond.
