Was first given a room with no electricity. Then moved to a room that I was not the same typer of room I paid for. It was not cleaned properly and had towels with stains on them.

Reception was hard ro understand and was more interested in her phone. Hotel had a musty moldy smell. Was next to house keeping and started dryer at 9:00 pm

Not like the pictures
The grounds look nothing like the pictures. Very unkept outside. No jungle gym for kids, fire pit unkept, outdoor seating rusty and dirty. Lobby was newly remolded looking. Walls, doors, and hallways not very clean. Room was not too bad, other than the drywall dust under the sink that was left after repair of sorts. Beds and pillows comfortable. Lightbulbs burned out. Overall, probably wouldn't stay if there were other choices.

Would not stay again!
The bathrooms were filthy, the bedrooms smelled funny as did the hallways and the ceiling fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off of the ceiling. It was not a good experience at all so we checked out a night early.

Weird check-in
For some weird reason, we had to step over a balled up disgusting dirty towel on the floor when entering the hotel lobby, which was still there when we left the next morning. Check-in was on a kiosk, that you donโt see in the hotel pictures.

Maybe checking in with someone on a screen, wherever they were located, coding my own room keys, with an empty front desk is shading my view but I didn't enjoy the stay. The property felt shabby- kind of clean (if that's a thing). One room had stains on the wall with a missing chair. The bathrooms were super tiny. This property would be OK as a quick pass thru for a night, however I'd still probably stay somewhere else.

If you are looking for a cheap option for an overnight stay, this might be the option for you. I found it to be run down--light bulbs burned out, old bed--and dirty.

Area around back of property run down and dirty. Front desk clerk that checked us in was remote, I didn't like that. It seemed very unprofessional and poor customer service!

It was poorly maintained, visible insect infestation,there was evidence the floors had not been cleaned,mold and mildew in the tub. No help from the night attendant who would sleep on the couch in the lobby EVERY NIGHT or would play gambling games and talk on the phone. I reserved a king-size room on the ground floor due to mobility issues from a broken back. They tried to insist I stay on the third floor with no elevator,down graded me to a queen size but didn't reduce my fees. I was terribly disappointed. This is definitely not Baymont Quality.

This place seems like itโs not really open. The rooms are completely bare of any adornment, not even cheesy pictures on the walls. Our toilet paper holder was broken, the main light was broken off leaving a bare bulb, there was only one waste basket and none by the bathroom sink.
We got in late and realized there were no cups in the room to take our medicine with so had to get dressed and run to the front desk. The whole place is very suspect. It might say Baymont but itโs apparently independently owned and just licensed by Baymont. Terrible experience.

My suite was unfinished. It was missing the jacuzzi and one of the sinks. My brother was in a completed version of the room directly across the hall. My room was 111, but there was no sign on the door telling me what room it was. Both mornings, i walked into the lobby to find the worker asleep on the couch with his shoes off.
