Not a Wyndham garden hotel- disappointing.
Check in was easy but after that everything went downhill. There’s no elevator. The hallway was filled with debris. Our room was ok- found a sock behind a chair that wasn’t ours. Vinyl flooring was new but we figured housecleaning just swept out each room into hallway but no one vacuumed it up.
Towels were absolutely pathetic! They were the size of the floor mat and threadbare. They couldn’t even wrap around your body. The roller in rm 216 was a 1/4 inch from the door closing. So you enter the bathroom, close the door and hope it doesn’t hit the toilet.
Breakfast was a joke! First morning was tiny hostess coffee cakes. Then packs of mini donuts were offered. If they ran out they ran out.
All in all we wished we would have paid the extra money to stay at the other hotel in Hanover. At $90 per night I would expect a decent breakfast of cereal , pastries and juice or coffee. I would also expect to have decent towels that are towel size and clean hallways. Stay at the other hotel.
