It was my family trip's first accommodation in Japan. Everybody in my family was truly satisfied with staying here. The size and state of the room were very good. Clean, cozy and quiet. The bath room was big enough and very clean. I loved it. The staff here was friendly except for the bell captain.
The bell captain was the one who I felt so embarrassed and angered. He was so rude. When he brought our luggages to our room, he just stood and repeated "the room num.xx was over there". For a few seconds, everybody was frozen and I wanted to say "so what?". He didn't help when me and my family put down our luggages from the cart (trailer). He never smiled and just went away when we were done. Next day, after I checked out, I needed to leave my bags here for the rest of my trip in Kyoto. So, I brought my family's bag to him. This time, he again. He didn't smiled and he didn't asked first. He stood like a wood stick. When I asked him to keep my luggages, I misspoke. okay. I did. just one verb. But he was so so rude to ask me again and again. You know, keeping customer's bag is one of his job. Why did he ask me again and again? I brought my luggages right in front of him. He saw it. Didn't he know why I came to him? When I waited my turn, I saw that a Japanese old couple left their luggages. He was kind to them. But as for me and my family, No. Why? why did he act like that? So rude. I felt very anger. It was unforgettable memory of the hotel.
