We had a room on the first floor. It was spacious, two queen beds. My son went to use the toilet and it had urine in it already (not ours), he tried to flush it before using. The toilet didnโt flush, the chain was disconnected from the flap. The front desk clerk fixed it. My son used it and the chain immediately became disconnected again after one flush. I fixed it. It appeared someone had used a paper clip to fix the chain previously. The very next flush it came off again. I fixed it again and had to twist the paper clip part and it stayed on.
The tub appeared to have a dried film on its surface. The shower drain also drained very slowly and would the tub would fill almost completely when showering, it was very slippery.
The lighting is dark in the room. There are only 2 scones by the mirror. And one of ours was burnt out. So we had one sconce. There were two lamps elsewhere in the room but they were not bright.
The TV screen had a line running down from top to bottom where the display was broken, it was a long white line.
Breakfast was complimentary and a decent selection. There was a sign for fruit, but there was never any fruit, we were there for three mornings.
Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in room.

The room looked liked it had not been cleaned in days. The walls were dusty, half of roll of tissue, toilet overflow, hallway smelled terrible, and someone entered our room after we left because the door was opened when we arrived.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CONDITION. If I could give 0 stars I would. Checked in. Got to the room, absolutely unsafe. My door lock was carved into and every room on the floor had this exact same thing (see pics) I immediately leave. Not only is the hotel unsafe the area is very rough. I go to leave and the front desk said theyโll cancel it. I leave. I go to another hotel and the front desk said at that one that they wouldnโt even have stayed there. Iโm a young woman. And a grown man said he wouldnโt stay there where itโs located. Immediately entering my room felt unsafe. My room was barely clean. The comforter had stains on it. The ottoman was falling apart. The front of the hotel/hang over of the entrance was literally falling down. Barely any lights in the lobby. Elevator felt/looked like a prison. So I cancel and they refuse to refund me too. I booked 2 nights and they wonโt refund either night. Manager is impossible to get on the phone to return a call. They only work 9-3. No wonder this place is awful. Manager is never there to regulate it. Do not stay here unless you want to feel like you will be robbed the whole night and that your car will be broken into. I was in the building for maybe 15 minutes and truly felt unsafe. Good luck.

Nightmare hotel stay to good night sleep
My husband and I always travel and stay at different hotels. What weโve learned is that prepay and pay at property are two different policies. We were not aware of the pay at property policy that allowed for this hotel to charge before we checked in. Was not happy about it but talked to hotels.com and ok with the response. The manager was not very cheerful when greeting us. We got to our room and immediately knew we were not staying there. The odor was of old mildew, the sheets had stains and didnโt smell clean, the water was brown, the toilet did not work, as we had to place water in back of it to flush it. Managers response was that it was a different type of flushing system. We asked and received a different room that night. The reason for the 2 stars was for the over all experience, although my husband rated at 0 stars. The esthetics of the hotel was not worth the 5 star rating that was presented in the reviews when booking, otherwise we would not have stayed there. The managers responses throughout this experience was borderline professional. It was more robotic and not apologetic at allโฆ. It was more of a it is what it is affect.

Needs renovation
The hotel is in need of renovation. The room is showing a lot of wear with scuffs and chipped paint. There are several EV chargers, but only two of them worked and even those were on a loose mounting post and appear to have run into a few times.

NO hot water, no soap in dispenser, housekeeping left hair in the shower and has never mopped behind bathroom door.

Worst hotel , mold , awful smell run
Absolutely worst experience. They provided a room that smelt so bad my daughter threw up. Then had zero rooms available with two beds. Refused to refund the stay.

The staff was cordial but the property could use some refreshing. Our room was ok but there was no hot water on our second nite there.
