Included breakfast, 3 drinks daily along with food in the evening was very nice. The food was certainly adequate and family friendly, not overly sophisticated.
In our room we could hear other guests in their room via the air vent. Perhaps there could be areas of the hotel where adults without children could stay separated from families. My friend and I are not parents and would have appreciated not hearing any other guests, and particularly crying children.
The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom quite nice with an extra sink in our entry area next to the fridge and microwave. I wish the fridge had had a freezer compartment, though it did freeze some items we had in there.
It was nice having a balcony with two chairs and a small table. We also enjoyed sitting down at the pool and near the outdoor dining area. There seemed to be adequate seating, though, as I’ve encountered at every resort I’ve stayed at, guests put their things - towels mostly - on chairs and then don’t actually use the chairs, so others walk around and around, unable to find a place to sit. I understand that’s hard to police, but still frustrating and a bit aggravating.
Disney Springs is a short walk away which was great for those of us not interested in going to theme parks. Plenty to see there with shopping and dining options, and some entertainment.
