I called and said I’d arrive late and was told to just pick up the red phone and dial zero.
I did exactly that and the man on the other end was seemingly annoyed, and I could barely understand him. Before I knew it, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back, there was no answer a couple of times. I was out there as a 40-year-old single female with my 10-year-old little boy alone and they were just the sketchiest humans walking by. After sometime, a man dressed in casual black came out and asked if I was the one that called, asked me to get my ID as he went to his car… He came back from his car, grabbed my ID and went into some employee door.
I wanted to just leave. But he had my license. When he finally opened the door with paperwork, rudely, I asked if I could just refund this because I was extremely uneasy. The alleyway he had me in was dirty and creepy. Basically I was told no so I signed the paperwork and Went to the room assigned. The room smelled terrible, it was dirty, there was a layer of dust on most of the surfaces. There was sticky dirt all over the wall outlet, I wouldn’t dare even get in that shower.
This was a terrible experience from customer service to cleanliness and I could never repeat it.
