Initially, I had a very nice stay, and the price wasn't bad. I checked in and was given the receipt for the two nights and the $200 deposit. I was told by the concierge I would receive $200 back after my stay.
I checked out at 3:00 a.m. and didn't bother to look at the receipt. When I got to my destination, I looked at the receipt, and there was a charge for parking, two nights of parking for a total of $32!! At no point during my check-in did the concierge mention this. I stayed there for the competitive price.
When I say somewhere I don't like surprises, this was a big disappointment, especially from Hilton Hotels. I'm a veteran and an honors member. I probably won't be staying there again. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard of. And I think $15 is too much! I called and complained, and they wouldn't make an adjustment. Shame on you, Hilton Hotels!
