Checked in online thinking that it would be a breeze. Not quite so. Had to wait in common line just like everybody else. With only one person manning front desk trying to resolve some charge issue with a customer in front of me, the wait was dragging for good 10 minutes. It seems the "self checkin" feature serves for customers to do part of clerical work. In my case for the room charge of $200 I had a pleasure of scanning my id and uploading, as well as filling out forms with same info already provided at booking.
Secondly, convenience pantry with small items like toothpaste, brushes, floss, snacks, etc. had toothpaste in menu, but none on the shelves. I paid for it, but was not able to find it for the life of me. Checkin staff has assured me "if it's on the menu - it'll be there".
Room was clean, but carpet somewhat nasty, which is understandable, since they have pets allowed.
