I tried to change my reservation date because I inadvertently reserved the wrong date, but the management refused to waive cancellation rate so I could change the reservation. Well, I hope they needed the cost because I will be booking with another hotel for my trip and upcoming trips.

We only stopped for the night and got there very late. Very comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing beds!
We arrived late and the checkin was easy. The beds were amazing and the sheets were some of the softest that i have ever had in a hotel. Would totally recommend this hotel.

Bad service
We were put in a room that had a damaged door that would jam up, making it difficult to enter the room. We told the front desk about it to see if they could move us to a different room, which they did not do. They said they would contact management about it but management hadnโt responded back yet. The cleaning service also took all our hotel towels and never replaced them with new towels.

The space was clean, check in was easy. We were told breakfast would go until 9:30am. Showed up at 9:20, fruit, pastries, waffle batter, yogurtsโฆhad all been removed. No coffee and only a couple egg patties. Workout room had no water and no towels.

One place to remember NOT to stay on AK.
Such a bad experience T the check in which ruined the one day stay. There was a young guy sitting at the front desk and act almost like a robot. I never can sleep in a ground floor specially if they allow pets. We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm and was given a room in the ground floor. I told him that I am allergic to pets and requested a room other than ground floor. He said he doesnโt have any other room and there are no pets on that side today. May be it was true. But his attitude and the way he said is what I felt sad
The bathroom was full of dust and the towels were placed at the bottom shelf of the cabinet. The toilet seat does fit the toilet. When you sit your thigh is touching the toilet. It took almost three minute on yhe tv. Accidentally we found out that if you press the off button twice it turns on.๐
The bed was ok. Even with ac the room was humid and I woke with a headache.
The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and pleasant. The person at the front desk when we check out was pleasant.
This hotel was booked by mistake. I read the review for the comfort Inn near the McCain mall and booked this one and booked this one accidentally.
This is one I never went to stay again,

Very hard to understand check in clerk.
Most of outlets in room eere wore out, They did not work because the plugs kept falling out. Had to relocate clock to find plug in that it would work in.

Charged extra for dogs after arrival
We booked the room and reviewed the cost. It was listed as pet friendly. Nowhere in the itinerary did it mention that there was a $25 charger per pet. When we arrived there was a sign on the wall that stated this. We were going by the total that hotels.com had provided. Since it was non refundable we were forced to pay $50 dollars more for our two small dogs. Hotels.com should make this information available before booking. It comes across as a bait and switch.

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only missing thing on the room was no washcloths which was probably just an oversight.
