Not as pictured on website
The deluxe room that we paid for was not as pictured on the website. Our room was gross smelling & the bathroom floor was sp greasy that we almost fell wearing sneakers. The staff immediately moved us to a new room, but the new room wasn't much better.They advertised a 97 cleanliness report, but the inspector must've been blindfolded with a mask covering his nose. All you could smell was stale smoke & body oder that has set in after years of people smoking in the rooms. The carpet was so dirty & stained that we wore our shoes anytime we got out of bed. There were stains all over the desk chair, walls & ceiling. Imagine our surprise when we walked in & saw old cabinets with a sink separating the 2 beds with full wall to wall mirrors at the head of each bed. Reminded me of an old 70's style room that you would expect to see in an old porn movie. Our teen daughter was horrified! Thank god we didn't have a black light that shows ALL stains.
I shudder to think of what was unseen! Don't let the outside of the building fool you. The staff was great though. They are stuck in a bad situation & I don't blame them.
