Unfortunate technical failures led to low rating. The elevator was not working. I was traveling with 2 seniors in their mid-eighties and was told there were no available rooms on 1st floor, so they slowly walked up two flights while I had to walk another flight to get to my room on the third floor. Although 3 people behind the desk at the time there was no offer to assist with luggage, so my husband and I had to carry up 4 large items. 2nd day upon returning mid-day, after the hike up the stairs to the rooms, it was determined our keys were locked out and my husband made several trips back to the desk to get new key cards. Lastly, tv in bedroom required two remotes, one of which needed batteries and we chose to watch only in the living area to avoid the 3 flights of stairs again.
