I booked through Hotels.com/Expedia, which advertised this hotel as 4-star. This is a very clean and well-managed hotel with extremely kind staff, but it’s not a 4-star experience. If you’re not staying during the JPM healthcare conference, then it’s a good, budget, eco-friendly 3-star experience at a fair price; but it doesn’t have the kind of amenities a person traveling for business would expect (e.g., did not have an in-room snack bar, slippers, a clothing steamer or overnight laundry/dry cleaning services). Three stars because the staff, from maid service to concierge, is truly top-tier.
