Never Again at this hotel.

Here for Work.... Arrived at 11:30pm after a very long day & was almost refused check in because I didn't have a document to prove that I was a Key Worker. At NO point during the booking process was this requested, and at that time of night, was impossible to get anything. I showed my 'Call Sheet' work schedule (with my name on it) for the following day, but as its a confidential document, I could not allow a copy to be retained by the hotel. Needless to say, the jobsworth that checked me in was not going to budge & was unnecessarily argumentative and took some persuading. I Will NOT be booking with this chain again. After all of this, I'd expect the room to have been thoroughly cleaned within the last year. (see photos)

We stayed one night at the Ibis as we were going to Saltaire the following day. We chose the Ibis because of its location. The price was reasonable and we paid extra room rate for breakfast. The room was clean and temp was good. Ensuite shower room was a reasonable size and shower was good. The only thing i didnt like ( i realise covid restrictions) you collected a takeway breakfast and brought it to your room however the inclusions were comprehensive and good quality. However had i known i would probably have had breakfast at a local cafe. Sitting on your bed and eating breakfast not for me. But the ibis did there v best in the situation. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Theres a pub next door ( hungry horse) to grab some pub grub in the evening

Friendly stay

With all the complications due to the pandemic the staff are polite and friendly and doing their best. Rooms are as clean as you can expect, depends on your standards, but i have complaints.

the room was fine , good size bed , heating , a good size bathroom and shower , the one down thing was their was little tv reception , so many didnt work , the breakfast was good , lots to eat , yes i would stay again

Over night stay

Just an over night stay, travelling on the next day, great that we could have the dogs with us and at £5 each very reasonable compared to other places. Comfortable stay and staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that the information on the breakfast wasn’t clear when we booked, it does state buffet breakfast still, when it is only continental and in your room. Nothing wrong with it but we may have not booked the breakfast If we had known. We would stay again though.
