there were nonworking issues in the room for which we were not informed of until we discovered them. We should have been told at check-in. we should have been offered a reduced rate...at minimum an apology. Two front desk people including manager are disdainful and unfit for hospital front desk work. When asked a checkout by manager "how was your stay, I attempted to reiterate the issues for which we weren't informed of and she cut me off over an over again and the "tagteam" partner told me to leave the premises immediately and to get "your husband because he's nicer than you." My husband substantiated our issues as best he could between interruptions. Cusdtomer care for Windham corporate is no help. They said ONLY these management people can deal with this. I have 4 page writeup about our experience.
